Exception Reporting is used to notify the Guardian of Safe Working Hours of any issues that affect your normal working hours, patterns, support and educational needs.

To submit an Exception Report you need to log into Allocate (HealthMedics Optima) - Your login credentials are automatically created by Medical HR when you join UHP NHS Trust and you will receive an email with your login details.
